There really isn't much that can be done. If a person is not qualified to have the given job, an employer should not have to lower its standards to allow somebody work. Maybe those who aren't qualified should go to school and get qualified. With that said alot of people can't afford to go to school so they would probably have to keeping searching for jobs elsewhere. It's a difficult situation

    Yes it is a difficult situation. The best thing to do is go to school to get trained for a certain job.

    yeah MCdonalds is always hiring :D there is no excuse for unemployment!! there's ALWAYS a job out there if if it's picking up trash those guys make over 30,000 a year it's not a lot but there's very few qualifications for the job...

    Thats very true. An employer should not have to lower standards. Especially becuase in some cases, its people who dropped out of high school.
