The did do a good job of marketing research, they were able to target the middle class family and still have the bar theme for late nights. This business can be successful because it does target the middle class citizens which is the majority and it gives them family fun time. Then after the sun goes down the party-goers can have a nice drink at bar. They can keep up morale among the employees, if no one goes around thinking doom and gloom for the company they already have an upperhand due to the amount of businesses that believe their company will not survive the recession. Also if they don't make too many large changes then not alot of money will be lost. Despite the recession what does everyone want? Food! And we have the best pizza this side of the Atlantic! And with our prices competititors don't have a snowballs chance!
